Radcube is helping a federal client in planning to replace the existing support system in a two-phased approach. The first phase is planned to replace case management functionality with development of a new Child welfare information system. The Phase I design, development, and implementation effort includes the creation of an application programming interface (API) layer to facilitate the efficient exchange of information between the new system functions and those of the transitional Child welfare information system, as well as a single standard data exchange with all Child welfare and external systems.
