Making Child Care Eligibility a seamless process for families and the Social Services Administration by merging next-gen technology solutions to assist with Child Care Development.
RADcube, one of the prime technology innovators in the State of Indiana, successfully implemented the QASE (Quality Assurance System for Eligibility) system, a next-gen AI-ML software solution, providing a rich platform for an Indiana-based Social Services Administration. This system will process the eligibility of families instantly towards Child Care and Development programs and provide a seamless experience of the Child Care Eligibility Applications intake process for approximately 55,000 children, 30,000 families, and 5,000 providers annually.
The vision of the program is to empower families with access to Child Care programs and enable the Family and Social Services Administration workforce with quality assurance tools. This will allow immediate processing of eligibility applications submitted by families, making the lives of every parent and child as simple as possible when they walk through the Child Care Development process.
“We are grateful that we could serve and bring the transformation in the journey for the Social Services Administration. RADcube’s research and development team played a key role in the most important highlight of this program. The team was able to reduce the Social Services Administration’s eligibility case processing time from 48 hours to an average of 30 mins, which is an astonishing milestone achieved by merging Business Intelligence with Innovative Solutions,” says Shubham Jain, Chief Operating Officer, RADcube.
“The dedicated engagement of RADcube champions from day one of discovery exercise in unchartered business areas of Social Service agencies and completing the journey with a remarkable solution like the QASE system, has been a journey of success pioneered by teamwork. Despite the challenging requirements, our teams showed tremendous success in their delivery and collaboration with the Social Services Administration SMEs as well as our partners like Cardinality.ai, Metamor Systems (formerly IT Transformers), and Briljent,” says Prasenjit Singh, Director of Digital Innovation, RADcube.
